Quick Start
Navigate to the "Sermons" tab found on the lower tab bar.
  • Press the "+" in the top right corner
  • To edit the Title, Category, Speaker, Location, and Date tap the top row of the Outline. Once complete, tap "Save" or to cancel the changes press "Cancel"
  • Add rows to the Outline by pressing the "+" button in the bottom tool bar. You have the option of adding Text, Photos, or a Bible Reference
  • Press the Speaker icon in the top right to toggle the visibility of the audio/player recorder
Sermons Tab
This tab is where Sermons are categorized, reviewed, edited, and added to. It is the main interface tab.

​Add A New Sermon
  • Press the "+" icon to add a new sermon outline
Groupings
  • Sermons can be sorted by Date, Category, Speaker, Location, and Title
  • When viewing by groups, tapping a group will bring up a list of sermons under that grouping
  • Toggle groupings by going to the Settings tab and adjusting
Exporting
  • You can export a single sermon or all sermons currently listed
  • Press the "..." button at the top right and choose "Export"
  • You can export the sermons in HTML table format along with the associated audio files.
Outline
This applies when you've either created a new Sermon or are editing a Sermon
  • The first row contains information about the sermon including Title, Category, Speaker, Location and Date. Tap to edit it​
  • Tapping the right chevron ">" on any row will open it up for editing
  • When a row is too large it may show an upward chevron "^". Tapping the chevron will expand the row

The tool bar at the bottom contains the following functions:
  • DEL/RO - Enables re-ordering or deletion of rows
  • ^ - Reduces all the rows
  • v - Expands all rows
  • + - Adds a row: Text, Bible Reference, or Photo
  • Export Icon - Exports the current Outline & Audio

Audio Panel

On the Outline there is a speaker icon located at the top right. Tapping that icon toggles the audio panel up and down
  • There can only be one audio file per outline
  • You can pause the recording, but stopping the recording will end the recording and it can no longer be added to
  • If you exit the Outline, the recording will be stopped and can no longer be added to

Audio Tags
  • Each row is automatically time tagged if created while audio is being recorded or played back
  • ​Pressing the time tag on the outline will advance the audio to that time on the audio if in playback mode
  • You can edit the time tag by going into the row and adjusting the tag as desired

Settings

Display
  • Enable Sermon Groupings - Will enable groupings by one of the following:
  • Groupings By - Date, Category, Speaker, Location
  • Ascending or Descending
Bible Translations
  • Available translations include ASV, BBE, DARBY, KJV, and WEB. KJV is able to be used while offline.
  • When adding verse(s), the translation selected at the time of selection, is the version copied and saved to the Outline. This means that it is available offline. But it also means that switching translations at a later time will not automatically update all verses currently in the saved Outlines. This will require re-opening each row and saving the updated translations. 
Database
  • Reset Autocomplete Lists - This will reset the drop down lists for Category, Speaker, and Location. You can choose to completely clear the list or rebuild the list from existing Outline entries
  • Delete Database - Deletes the entire database including outlines, images, and audio. Deletes locally and on the cloud. This action cannot be undone!
  • iCloud Sync Status - Indicates whether the app is able to reach iCloud, if it can then it will automatically sync between all your Apple devices.

Subscriptions

  1. Go to "Settings". At the top you can quickly tell if the app is activated or if the subscription has expired.
  2. Under "Settings" tap the "Details".
  3. Select the purchase you'd like to make and press "Buy".
  4. Enter your Apple ID and Password.
  5. Confirm purchase and wait for processing.
  6. If your have previously purchased the product but have lost the purchase on the device click “Restore” and input your Apple ID and Password to restore the purchase.
  7. NOTE: You must purchase the product with the same Apple ID that you used to download the App.
  8. You can manage your subscriptions by pressing the "Manage Subscriptions" button
  9. You can view and update your billing information by pressing the "View Billing Info" button.
