  1. We may collect and process information that you provide to us via e-mail when requesting support for an application. 
  2. Our free applications use advertising currently provided by Admob. Please see the "Advertising" section listed below
  3. Some of our websites use cookies. A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that we put on your computer if you agree. Cookies allow us to distinguish you from other users which makes your experience on our site better. For example, they allow you to log in to areas which require passwords. We also use ‘analytical cookies’ which let us recognise and monitor how people move around the site. This helps us improve our website.   4. We will only disclose your personal information if we have a legal obligation to do so, or if we need to enforce an obligation against you.
  5. Our websites contain links to other websites. We don't have any control over third party websites. These websites will have their own privacy policies and we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these polices.

Subscriptions

Some of our apps have auto-renewable subscriptions: Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled within 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime within your iTunes account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial (if applicable) will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription.

We do not collect any personal data for subscriptions. Subscriptions are used for unlocking the app features. All financial and personal data used to make the purchase are stored, handled, and administered by Apple.

Advertising

Some of our apps contain advertising banners and popups to offset development and maintenance costs while keeping many of the apps features free to the user.

AdMob is an advertising service provided by AdMob Google Inc. Please read this overview of how they use information from sites or apps that use their services.

Cloud Data

Some of our apps use cloud storage to facilitate user features such as copying database from one device to another.

Apple iCloud

Some of our apps use Apple's iCloud to store user data that is shared amongst a user's devices. This data is only accessible to the user and is stored on Apple's servers. Data stored on the iCloud is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not collect nor have access to a user's iCloud data.

  1. App Database: A user may choose to upload their app's database to the cloud. When they do, their entire app's database is placed into the user's personal iCloud folder in a compressed format. To view this data go to the App Settings tab within the app and select to download the database to the device. The data will then be loaded and viewable through the app.

How to remove Data
  1. Go to general iPhone settings
  2. Select Apple ID (at the top)
  3. Select iCloud
  4. Select "Manage Storage"
  5. Select the App who's iCloud data you would like removed
  6. Press "Delete Data"

​Dropbox

Some of our apps use Dropbox to store user data that is shared amongst a user's devices. This data is only accessible to the user and is stored on Dropbox's servers. Data stored on Dropbox is governed by Dropbox's Privacy Policy. We do not collect nor have access to a user's Dropbox data.

  2. Exported Reports (CSV/HTML): A user may choose to export in human readable format, some or all of their database as a CSV and/or HTML file and store it to their personal iCloud folder. To view this data go to the Dropbox app, select the application folder and view the files stored.

How to remove Data
  1. Open the DropBox app
  2. Select "Files" tab
  3. Select "Apps"
  4. Select the app who's data you would like to delete
  5. Press the "..." icon below the app folder
  6. Select "Delete"

Consent

By using any of our Apps for iOS or MacOS you consent to our privacy policy. To opt out delete the app from your computer or mobile device.

Changes to this data policy

The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by giving notice to its Users on this page. It is strongly recommended to check this page often, referring to the date of the last modification listed at the bottom. If a User objects to any of the changes to the Policy, the User must cease using this Application.
