My purpose of this blog is to encourage you through prayer and scripture. As I have walked with the Lord, one of the most helpful things for me, has been to journal how the Lord is answering my prayers. A prayer journal can act as markers in our life that we can look back on, to see how the Lord has led us (or carried us). God always answers prayers. However He does not promise to always answer in the way we expect, want, or on our timetable. What He does promise is that when we pray, the peace of God will fill our hearts. Lift your cares to the Lord today, and let His peace give you rest.
